You may receive emails about your account and promotional emails of special offers, including offers from third parties.Please consume the product within 30 days of receiving it. We are not responsible for any defects in the product after 30 days.

Samurai snacks monthly boxes and other subscription boxes offered from time to time will be shipped to the address you specify. You may receive emails about your account and promotional emails of special offers, including offers from third parties. You may cancel your membership at any time, free of charge, through the customer portal or by contacting customer support. For more information, please see the Help Center.

Section 3 - Billing and Payment
As a member, you agree to the following benefits and terms. You must provide us with accurate contact and payment information, including your name, shipping address, and credit or debit card number. Please keep this information up to date at all times. We will store your payment information to facilitate future shipping and billing. All such personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy. Samurai Snacks may add additional fees to your subscription if there is a global shipping interruption (global pandemic, natural disaster, etc.) and your normal shipping method is not available. In such cases, Samurai Snacks may need to upgrade your shipping method to a higher class unless you request to opt out of the shipping upgrade before billing. You are responsible for any fees or charges that your issuing bank or credit card provider may charge. If your payment to us is refunded for any reason, we may re-bill your account directly and require payment by another method, including a mailed statement. Account changes made after the last day of each month will not be reflected in your subscription until the next shipping period. In order to get your box to your subscribers as soon as possible, we begin the shipping process before the registration deadline. Therefore, all address updates must be made at least 48 hours prior to your subscription renewal date to ensure they are properly reflected upon shipment (see "Subscription Agreement" below for renewal date information). Our shipping services do not include forwarding of mail to your updated address. No refunds or credits towards subscription fees will be made for any forwarding fees incurred. Amounts paid for boxes and services are final and non-refundable.

Article 4 - Subscription Agreement
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and agree to be responsible for all recurring fees prior to cancellation. Your subscription will automatically extend to the next term at the then-current subscription rate. To cancel your subscription at any time, you must contact support using the form on this website at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled renewal date or cancel your subscription online through the customer portal to avoid incurring charges. All subscriptions are renewed on the date you sign up. Subscription changes will apply on your next renewal date. If you cancel, you can use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term. samurai snacks may continue to charge you recurring fees (e.g. monthly) without further authorization from you until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method within the 48-hour notice requirement. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be entitled to a pro-rata refund for any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period. If you resume your subscription, an invoice will automatically be generated for a new order based on your current plan for the current order period. samurai snacks reserves the right to change the plan and price of the service (samurai snacks) with or without prior notice to the subscriber. We also reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time. Membership is void where prohibited by law.

Section 5 - Shipping
* Insurance: All boxes shipped with trackable shipping options are automatically insured.
* Cases where insurance is applicable:
* In the event of theft, we may replace a stolen box if you provide us with evidence that the shipping company acknowledges that the box was lost or stolen.
* If the box is damaged due to natural disasters such as fire, flood, hurricane, etc.

* If the box is lost or damaged due to mishandling by the local courier.

* Please note that boxes that are not received due to incorrect shipping address or boxes that the subscriber intentionally refuses to receive are not eligible for exchange.

* Missing or Damaged Items:

* Missing Items - This case refers to when the box arrives safe and physically intact, but is missing one or more items listed in the enclosed booklet.

* Damaged Items - This case refers to when the box arrives safe and physically intact with all items listed in the booklet, but one or more items are damaged or, in the case of perishable goods, expired.

* All missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the box to receive an exchange or refund depending on product availability. If the missing items are available, a replacement will be shipped and no refund will be considered. To help our support team resolve your issue quickly, you must include the following evidence when submitting your report:

* Photos of all sides of the box (applies to both missing and damaged items)
* Photos of all items that were in the box (applies to both missing and damaged items)
* Photos of each individual item, including the damage in question

As a general rule, our shop will not take any responsibility for things like stomach upsets after eating sweets.
